Double wall piping system refers to a concentric piping system composed of an inner tube and an outer tube. The inner tube is mainly used to transport fuel to the gas equipment. There are usually three kinds of jacket treatment methods between the inner tube and the outer tube: vacuum insulation, suction ventilation and high pressure inert gas seal. The design and manufacture of the company's double wall pipe system fully consider the impact of wave load, ship motion acceleration, vibration of connected equipment and system weight and other loads, which can effectively reduce the scope of the dangerous area and protect the fuel leaking from the inner pipe from spreading into the engine room, thus generating secondary disasters.
At present, the company's double wall pipe system mainly includes vacuum insulation double wall pipe system, gas ventilation double wall pipe system and positive pressure charging idle double wall pipe system, which is widely used in LNG, methanol and other clean fuel transportation.
